Bree :: Senior Photos on Sebago Lake in Standish, Maine

As always, I should preface this post right off the bat by saying that I don’t normally do senior photos because I am a yearbook adviser in my day job and I typically avoid the “conflict of interest” that could arise. However, when the daughter of a good friend becomes a senior, there was no way that I could say no to her (or her dad).

I have been watching Bree grow up so much since I first met her over six years ago. Her father and I, beyond being coworkers, are good friends and I have always felt close to him and his family. It was, therefore, only natural that I captured this special time in Bree's life as she is months away from graduating and moving out in to the world on her own. I know that I am not the only one who is struggling with this concept (especially as I watch my own Bri growing bigger and older by the day). I met up with Bree and her parents (and super awesome dog Skye) at their gorgeous home on Sebago Lake on a cloud covered day. Just a tip, cloudy days are awesome for photographs! I had a blast hanging out with Bree and chatting with her about what's to come for her in the future. Congratulations, Bree (and family)! Thanks for hanging out with me and letting me capture these shots for you.

All of Bree's photos are posted in her gallery, but you’ll need the password from her in order to see them and order printed goodies. In the meantime, here is a sneak peek from her senior portrait session. To see more, be sure to head over to my Facebook page and hit the “Like” button!
